Dr. Adam Galovan
Research Area:
My research is focused on quantitative methods and couple relationships. I explore individual and dyadic characteristics and processes that make relationships meaningful and worthwhile. I am also interested in cognitions about couple relationships and marriage, and how they differ by age, culture, and religious affiliation. Finally, I am interested in how scholarly assumptions about intimate relationships inform research methodology and measurement.
